Primary structure and working principle
This scraper conveyor consists of head section, tail section, middle section, outlet section and inlet section. (see Figure 1, Figure 2)
1. Head section consists of container, drive shaft, drive sprocket, motor and transmission deceleration system. Chain transmission system and conveying system are driven by motor. Head section acts both power input and material discharging end. According to actual need, discharging opening can also be designed separated from the head. And power input can be located on either side of the head section optionally, depending on the site conditions.
2. Tail section consists of container, driven shaft, driven sprocket and tension device. Tension device is used to adjust the scraper chain tension. Tail section is feeding end. According to actual need, feeding opening can also be designed separated from the tail.

3. The middle section consists of container slide rails, scraper chains and container cover. This section is used for the transportation of material. It can be divided into a curved section and a straight section.
4. Output section and inlet section consists of outlet flange, inlet flange and connector. This section is for material in and out.
5. Chain is the major working part. Tooth surface is the working surface.
6. Transmission realized through reducer in the form of chain transmission connecting with head transmission shaft.
