2, 荷降ろし

2.1, Connect the discharge hose of tanker to the needed place, 密閉性を確保する.

2.2, Close the discharge butterfly valve, outside air supply valve and the assistance air valve.

2.3, Start the engine of truck, ブレーキ圧が392KPaに達したとき, depress the clutch pedal, PTOに従事する, その後、ゆっくりとペダルを離します. After the compressor run smoothly, then accelerate to the rated speed and supply the pressed air to tanker.

2.4, When the pressure gauge value reaches to 196KPa, 排出バルブを開く. During the unloading period, 圧力が上昇し、196KPaを超える傾向がある場合, that means the discharge pipe was blocked.

2.5, Control the gas pedal, keep the discharge pressure between 185 and 196KPa. The normal bulk cement discharge speed is 1.1mt/min. When the tanker is empty, the tanker’s pressure would be 9.8-19.6KPa, at this moment open the air assistance valve, make sure all the powder material in discharge pipe blew out.

2.6, Release gas pedal, depress the clutch pedal and disengage PTO, stop the compressor.

2.7, Open the relief valve of tanker, exhaust the remaining pressed air in tanker, make the inner pressure equal to atmospheric pressure.

2.8, When the unloading horizontal distance is over 5 meters or vertical height is over 15 meters, after open the discharge butterfly valve, the assistance air valve would be open, so that dilute the density of powder material and raise the pumping height.

3, Daily maintenance

3.1, Often check the pressure gauge, if fail show the normal pressure, must be replaced at once.

3.2, Frequently inspect and adjust safety valve, make the safety valve work at the pressure of 180-200KPa.
