Main features:
By using three-pass drum dryer, this equipment realized high temperature, fast drying new technology. Comparing with traditional dryers, its floor area reduced 2/3, energy saved 40%, drying intensity doubled.
1. Drying system uses a portion of its own product as fuel, no additional fuel required. Only need to continuously put the wet sawdust that has been dried into the equipment, then dry sawdust will be produced continuously.
2. Drying system is equipped with a specialized cyclone sawdust injection burner (no need of fireman) and an automatic revert system (China invention patent). According to dried product quality and yield, the burner will adjust its output by automatically adjusting the ratio of combustion parameters. The burner is modular in structure, easy and convenient for installation, no need of on-site construction. The burner is equipped with over-temperature alarm, flame monitor, backwards combustion alarm and fuel isolation device to ensure the safety of combustion.
3. Drying system is equipped with a three-pass drum dryer. By adopting high temperature fast drying technology, it increased drying intensity, improved thermal efficiency, reduced installed capacity and floor area, thus ensured product quality.
4. Drying system applies a fuzzy control theory. It equipped with a moisture on-line inspection and final water content automatic control device(China invention patent). Not only product quality has been ensured, but also labor intensity has been greatly reduced.
5. Drying system uses a unique method to minimize the possibility of internal combustion. Also, it’s equipped with automatic sprinkling system and explosion protection device to ensure safety production.
