1, Before operating this compressor, the instruction manual must be read. The user must operate the compressor according to the instruction manual.

2, Accelerate and decelerate the compressor slowly. Not to start or stop suddenly, otherwise the tremendous impact would damage the compressor.

3, Not to stop the compressor before the pressure decreased, otherwise, the powder material might be turned back to the compressor and damage it.

4, Prohibit to run the compressor overspeed or overpressure.

5, The paper air filter need to be cleaned every month. The cleaning method is using pressured air (pressure less than 0.6MPa) to blow the air filter from inside to outside. If the compressor was used in the very dusty environment, the cleaning period need to be shortened. After the filter was cleaned 5 times or very dirty, then it need to be replaced a new one.

6, The engine oil need to be changed regularly, normally every six months.

7, The Check valve and Safety valve of bulk tanker would be often checked, in case the valve was not workable, it must be repaired or replaced in time.
