1, Loading 1.1, Before open the manhole, firstly must open the relief valve of tanker, and check the inner tanker pressure is equal to atmospheric pressure, i.e. the pressure gauge value is zero. 1.2, After open the manhole, check if there was agglomerate of powder material in the tanker, especially the tanker ever loaded powder material and was off duty for long time. In case there was the agglomerate, must get rid of it. 1.3, After material loaded, check manhole seal ring is with power material or not, if yes, clean it to ensure the sealability. 2, Unloading 2.1, Connect the discharge hose of tanker to the needed place, ensure the sealability. 2.2, Close the discharge butterfly valve, outside air supply valve and the assistance air valve. 2.3, Start the engine of truck, when the brake pressure reached at 392KPa, depress the clutch pedal, engage PTO, then release pedal slowly. After the compressor run smoothly, then accelerate to the rated speed and supply the pressed air to tanker. 2.4, When the pressure gauge value reaches to 196KPa, open the discharge valve.
